Golf Flexibility Assessment

 

Optimal golf performance begins with optimal range of motion in the hips, spine and shoulders.  Inadequate range of motion in any of these three areas will likely result in compensation in another area.

 

Compensation = Swing Faults = 1. Inconsistent swing mechanics
                                               2. Reduced power at ball strike
                                               3. Increased risk of injury (ie. golfer's elbow, low back pain)

 

The Golf Flexibility Assessment is a series of 14 flexibility tests designed to uncover length-tension discrepancies detrimental to golf performance.  By locating muscle imbalances and implementing a program to address these issues you can begin to:

  • Correct swing faults
  • Improve shot consistency
  • Improve power at ball strike
  • Reduce your risk of injury
